Overview
Index of OptionData cookbook recipes. Each recipe is a step-by-step guide for a specific options-flow setup.

How to Use This Index
- Recipes are step-by-step guides. Each one focuses on a specific type of setup (e.g. "institutional sweeps," "gamma squeeze," "0DTE momentum").
- Difficulty indicates recommended experience. Start with Beginner or Intermediate recipes if you are new to options flow.
- Time horizon tells you whether the strategy is intraday (minutes to hours), swing (days to weeks), or position (weeks to months).
- Related recipes at the bottom of each article link to strategies that pair well (e.g. spot a block, then confirm with T+1).
Suggested recipe path — start with T+1 and institutional buying, then layer in option levels, gamma squeezes, and block trades.
Suggested path: Start with Recipe 6 (T+1) and Recipe 1 (Institutional Buying) to learn how to read flow and confirm conviction. Add Recipe 4 (Option Levels) for support/resistance, then Recipe 2 (Gamma Squeeze) and Recipe 3 (Block Trades). Recipe 5 (0DTE) is expert-only, read for education before ever trading.

Risk Disclaimer
All recipes are for educational purposes. Options trading carries significant risk. Never risk more than you can afford to lose. Always use proper position sizing (1-2% per trade max).
Best Practice
Master ONE recipe at a time. Don't try to learn all 6 simultaneously. Start with Recipe 6 (T+1), then add Recipe 1 (Institutional Buying). Build your skills incrementally.
0DTE Warning
Recipe 5 (0DTE) is for EXPERT traders only. Beginners and intermediate traders should NOT trade 0DTE with real money. The risk of total account loss is real. Paper trade for months before going live.
